Simple and Quick Biscuits Recipe : Cookies Recipe
In this video, you will learn how to make the easiest biscuits (cookies) that you have all ingredients at home. These cookies are very tasty and very crisp. This cookies recipe is super easy to make. How you will like my quick and tasty recipe today.
Ingredients (For 14 cookies)
110 g granulated sugar
60 g brown sugar for coating the cookies
114 g vegetable oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
200 g all purpose flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2.In another mixing bowl, beat in the egg, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
3.Fold in the flour mixture until well combined.
4.Using your hands to make the cookies dough into a flat round.
5.Coat the cookie dough with brown sugar.
6.Place each cookie dough into a baking tray.
7.Bake cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200°C.
8.Let the cookies cool completely and decorate with icing sugar and serve them with tea or coffee in afternoon. Enjoy!
