1 cup Chana Dal
2 tablespoon Desi Ghee
1/2 + 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1 Red Chilli
2 tomato
1 Onion
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 inch Ginger (Adrak)
10-15 piece Garlic
2-3 green chilli (hari mirch)
1 teaspoon Dhania Powder
1/2 teaspoon kashmiri lal mirch
1/4 tsp Heeng
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1/3 teaspoon garam masala
1/3 tsp amchur powder
Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Salt to taste

1 कप चना दाल
2 बड़ा चमचा देसी घी
1/2 + 1/3 चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर (हल्दी)

10-15 टुकड़ा लहसुन
2-3 हरी मिर्च (हरि मिर्च)
1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
आधा चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
1/4 चम्मच हींग
आधा चम्मच जीरा (जीरा)
आधा चम्मच गरम मसाला
आधा चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर
धनिया पत्ता (धनिया)
स्वाद के लिए नमक
