Biskut Raya bukannya boleh dimakan pada waktu Hari Raya sahaja. Bila-bila boleh. Jadikan sebagai pencuci mulut atau 'snacks' pun boleh. Betul tak? Jom bersama Chef Saf dalam membuat Biskut Pecan Gula Melaka. Yang penting, gunakan merjerin daripada ADELA, baru cookies sedap!

GULA MELAKA PECAN COOKIES⁣

Ingredients:⁣
1 1⁄2 cup All-purpose flour⁣
1⁄2 tsp Baking soda⁣
1 tsp Baking powder⁣
1⁄2 tsp Salt⁣
2 cups Pecans - diced⁣
1 cup Brown sugar⁣
1⁄2 cup White sugar⁣
1 cup ADELA Margarine⁣
2 Eggs⁣
1 tsp Vanilla essence⁣
2/3 cups Gula Melaka pieces - chopped⁣

Method:⁣
1. In a medium bowl, sift all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.⁣
2. In a mixing bowl, use mixer machine to cream ADELA Margarine, brown sugar and whilte sugar until fluffy.⁣
3. Mix in eggs and vanilla essence. Slowly add on the dry mix bit by bit. Scrape the bowl if needed.⁣
4. Add chopped pecans and Gula Melaka pieces. Mix to combine.⁣
5. Line a piece of long cling wrap on table and pour in the batter to make a long log. Let chill for an hour or overnight.⁣
6. Pre heat oven at 180’ degree Celsius. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.⁣
7. Take the cookie batter log and slowly slice into 1 inch slabs.⁣
8. Arrange in baking tin and bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown.⁣

Let it cool and keep in cookie jar or serve it warm.
