KEK RED VELVET YANG SANGAT MOIST
Resepi :
Kek Red Velvet :
- 1 cawan (140g) tepung gandum
- 1/2 sudu teh baking powder
- 1/2 sudu teh baking soda
- 1 1/2 sudu makan serbuk koko
- 2/3 cawan (120g) gula kastor
- 1/4 cawan (63ml) minyak jagung/masak
- 1/2 cawan(125ml) buttermilk ( campurkan 1/2 cawan susu segar/cair bersama 1/2 sudu makan cuka masakan dan biarkan selama 10 minit)
- 1/4 cawan butter yang dicairkan (63ml)
- 1 sudu teh vanilla ekstak
- 1 biji telur gred B
- 1/4 cawan air panas
- 1/2 sudu teh cuka masakan ( masukkan sekali dengan air panas, lupa tunjuk dlm video)
- 1/2 sudu teh gel pewarna merah
Frosting creme cheese :
- 200g unsalted butter (sudu bilik)
- 250g cream cheee
- 1 cawan (200g) gula aising
- 1 sudu makan jus lemon

Red Velvet Cake:
- 1 cup (140g) wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup (120g) caster sugar
- 1/4 cup (63ml) corn/cooking oil
- 1/2 cup (125ml) buttermilk (mix 1/2 cup fresh/liquid milk with 1/2 tablespoon cooking vinegar and leave for 10 minutes)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (63ml)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 grade B egg
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon of cooking vinegar (insert together with hot water, forget to show in the video)
- 1/2 teaspoon red gel colouring
Frosting creme cheese:
- 200g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 250g cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup (200g) icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
