100ml Oil
2 tsp coriander seeds
2 tsp fennel seeds
10-12 garlic cloves
1 sliced onion
3 bay leaves
Small piece of cinnamon
5 green cardamom
8-10 cloves
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp black pepper
1 kg meat
2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp Salt
5 green chillies
1 litre water
½ kg basmati rice
4 green chillies
1½ tsp Salt
Fried onions for garnishing
