Ingredients List:
Oats powder: 1/2 cup
Rava or suji: 1/2 cup
Curd: 1/2 cup
Ground chilli & ginger: 1 tsp
Chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Onion - fine chopped: 1
Beetroot - fine chopped: 1/2 cup
Tomato - fine chopped: 1/2 cup
Boiled green peas: 1/4 cup
Capsicum fine chopped: 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
Eno : 1 tsp

For chutney----
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1/2 cup spinach leaves, black salt, roasted jeera powder, green chilli, salt, curd and little water. Grind togethers and make chutney.
For Batter-----
- Mix oats, suji, curd ginger chilli paste, chilli flakes, salt and little water.
- Make smooth thick batter.
Recipe----
- Keep batter aside for 15 minutes.
- Mix vegetables. Add eno and mix well.
- Heat pan at medium heat add little oil.
- Add some mustard seeds.
- Put laddle full of batter on mustard seeds.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Open and sprinkle little oil.
- Flip and cook till crisp from both the sides.
- Enjoy with chutney.
