Oatmeal Muffins : Muffin Recipe
In this video I'm going to show you how to make oatmeal muffins. The muffins recipe is very quick and easy to make. If you're looking for a delicious and easy muffin recipe to serve with tea and coffee I recommend this muffin recipe. Maybe you will like.

Ingredients
1 cup cake flour
1 tsp and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg at room temperature
1/4 cup vegetable oil
60 g oats
60 g chocolate chips
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder and salt.
2.In another mixing bowl, combine together the egg, sugar, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
3.Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together. Do not over mix.
4.Pour the batter into the muffin liners.
5.Top each muffin with chocolate chips and oats.
6.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 20 minutes on 180°C.
7.Let the muffins cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
