INGREDIENTS

600g colocasia
1 tomato
1 onion
small piece of ginger
10-12 garlic
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 pinches turmeric powder
¼ cup mustard oil
1 tsp carom seeds
¼ tsp asafoetida
50ml water
400ml water
½ TSP Salt
Some fresh coriander leaves
