Ingrediens:

1 Pulled Beef (Neck or High Rib works perfect)
Mustard

For the Mexican dry rub:

3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons smoked paprika powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
0,5 teaspoon black pepper
0,5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (according to preferred heat)

How to make an incredible tasty and juicy smokey pulled beef in your oven at home:

Put all the ingredients for the dry rub into a jar, close the lid and shake well. Pat dry the me.at and rub from all sides with mustard. Apply the seasoning and rub in well. Cover with cling film and chill the roast for 4 - 12 hours. Preheat your oven for 110°C / 230°F top and bottom temperature.

Fill a roasting tray with hot water, add a roasting rack and place the meat on top. Put into the hot oven and cook for approximately 12 hours or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 95°C / 203°F.

Wrap in aluminium foil, leave to rest for 1 hour, pull and enjoy!

Tip!!! The pulled beef is perfect for Burritos, Fajitas, Tacos and basically every Mexican Food :)
