How to make chocolate cupcakes - Cupcakes Recipe
Today’s chocolate cupcakes are for true chocolate fans. In this video, I will show you how to make super moist chocolate cupcakes. The cupcakes recipe is very easy to make. Cupcakes that are soft and delicious.
Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup cake flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg, room temperature
150 g Greek yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot water
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, combine together the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Set aside.
2.In another mixing bowl, mix together the egg, vanilla extract, yogurt, vegetable oil
3.Beat dry ingredients and wet ingredients together at low speed.
4.Beat in hot water. Do not over mix.
5.Spoon the batter into cupcake liners.
6.Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
7.Let the cupcakes cool completely and Frost as desired. Enjoy.
Whipped Cream Frosting Recipe
4 ounces cream cheese softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups heavy whipping cream cold
Instructions
1.Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
2.Beat in heavy whipping cream until the frosting forms stiff peaks.
3.Frost as desired.
