KARIPAP ROTI , RANGUP DAN TAK SERAP MINYAK

Kali ni saya nak share resepi karipap menggunakan ROTI je! huh senang kan.Tapi ada tips supaya roti tak serap minyak bila digoreng.Lebihan roti-roti tu korang jangan buang tau, boleh buat PIZZA roti.

Inti Sardin :

- 1 biji ubi kentang
- 1 tin sardin (400g)
- 1 biji bawang besar
- 2 ulas bawang putih
- 1 biji cili merah
- sedikit daun ketumbar
- 1 sudu teh garam

* inti ini cukup untuk 30-40 biji karipap roti. Kalau nak buat sikit, separuhkan semua bahan-bahan.

Kulit karipap :

- roti yang dikukus
- larutan tepung gandum dan air sebagai gam

- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli
- a little coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon of salt

* This fillings is enough for 30-40 bread curry puff. If you want to make less, halve all the ingredients.

- a solution of wheat flour and water as a glue
