Today I am showing you a unique recipe created by us only for you. you are gonna see it for the first time on the internet. it is none other than your gonna be favourite mutton Afghani kofta Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

For puree:
2 onions
10-12 garlic cloves
small piece of ginger
2 fist fresh coriander
50ml water
3 green chillies
150g Yogurt
100g malai/ fresh cream
½ tsp garam masala
½ chat masala
¼ tsp black pepper powder

for kofta:

500g mutton mince
1 grated & squeezed onion
2 finely chopped fresh chillies
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp chat masala
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
½ tsp Salt
some fresh coriander leaves
oil for frying

for gravy:

3 tbsp oil
1 fresh chilli
2 cloves
2 cardamoms
¼ tsp Salt
2 tsp roasted dry Fenugreek leaves
100 ml fresh cream
