Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Whole Wheat Muffins Recipe
How to make peanut butter chocolate chip whole wheat muffins recipe by totikky tikky, The muffin recipe is very easy to make and very delicious. If you like muffins, you shouldn't miss making this muffin recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1/2 cup milk at room temperature
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup melted peanut butter
80 g chocolate chips
Instructions
1.In a mixing bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder and granulated sugar. Set aside.
2.In another mixing bowl, mix together the egg, milk, vegetable oil and melted peanut butter.
3.Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together, but do not over mix.
4.Spoon the batter into muffin liners.
5.Sprinkle each muffin with chocolate chips.
6.Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 18 minutes
at 180°C.
