STIR-FRY SQUID THAI STYLE
Recipe:

- 4 squids
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 egg
- 1 bud of wild ginger bud
- 1 piece of lemongrass
- 5 pieces of thai bird-eye chillies
- 4 lime leaves
- 1/2 cube tom yum paste
- 3/4 cup water
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon/lime juice
