INGREDIENTS:

1 mutton liver
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 pinches orange food colour
50ml water


2 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp cumin
3 cloves
3 cardamoms
2 roughly chopped onion
2 pinches turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
¼ tsp Salt
some chopped ginger, coriander and chillies
