Bagi warga Johor, hidangan ni mesti tidak asing lagi bagi mereka kerana Johor tersohor
dengan makanan ni lagi-lagi di Larkin. Musim PKP ni memang tidaklah nak ke Johor, jadi jom
cuba resepi daripada Chef Saf ini dirumah!

KACANG POOL RECIPE

Ingredients:
1 Holland onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp ADELA Sunflower Oil
400g minced lamb
200g packet store-bought biryani mixed spice
Salt and pepper to taste
1⁄2 cup water
1 can foul beans , drained
2 eggs, sunny side up
4 pieces chunky toast, buttered and lightly toasted
2 kalamansi limes – halved
1 Green chilli, chopped
1 red chili, chopped
1 small shallot, chopped

Methods
1. Heat a frying pan with ADELA Sunflower Oil and sauté onionstill soften. Add garlic, minced
meat and Briyani mixed spice. Stir fry till fragrant.
2. Add thewater and beans and cook on low simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Season to taste and cook till water reduced.
4. Dish into four separate bowls and top with the sunny side ups and garnish. Serve with toast.
