½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp dry mango powder
Some fresh coriander leaves

Some cottage cheese fingers
Oil for frying

For batter:

½ cup gram flour
1 tbsp cornflour
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp salt
2 pinches turmeric powder
2 pinches baking soda
Water as needed
