¼ cup Oil
3 sliced onions
½ kg mutton
3-4 chopped tomatoes
3 chopped green chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp black pepper seeds
8-10 green cardamom
8 chopped red chillies
8-10 cloves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp salt
some fresh coriander leaves
