Easy Breakfast Shakshuka Recipe
Shakshuka is a one-skillet meal that can be served for breakfast or dinner. Adding breakfast sausage makes this a protein-packed, hearty and satisfying meal that's perfect for a special family breakfast on the weekend.

SHAKSHUKA INGREDIENTS:
►1/2 lb Hemplers breakfast sausage, or Italian sausage
►4 Tbsp butter
►1 medium onion
►28 oz peeled tomatoes “Cento” brand, Italian style
►1/2 tsp sugar to tomatoes
►1/2 tsp salt

►1.5 Tbsp minced Garlic (4 cloves)
►1/4 cup chopped parsley, plus more to garnish
►5-6 eggs
►Parmesan grated over the top to serve
