INGREDIENTS:

400g Haddi guddi/mutton trotters
1 big onion
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp Salt
2 pinches turmeric powder
1 clove
1 cardamom
5-6 black peppercorns
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
50g desi ghee
500ml water
400ml water
¼ tsp Salt
some fresh coriander
