CAMPURKAN SOTONG DENGAN BAKING POWDER,HASILNYA MEMANG PUAS HATI
Baking powder adalah bahan rahsia untuk melembutkan sotong .Hanya perap sotong dengan baking powder untuk melembutkan sotong dan campurkan baking powder ke dalam campuran tepung agar dapat tepung goreng tepung yang rangup.

Resepi :

- 400g sotong (diperap dengan 1 sudu teh garam dan 1 sudu teh baking powder)

Bahan tepung pelapis (wet batter):

- 5 sudu makan tepung gandum
- 5 sudu makan tepung jagung/tepung ubi
- 2 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk
- 1 sudu teh paprika/serbuk cili
- sedikit garam
- 1 sudu teh secukup rasa
- telur putih dari 1 biji telur
- sefbuk lada putih

Bahan tepung kering (dry batter):

- 1 cawan tepung gandum diayak
- 1/4 cawan tepung jagung
- 1 sudu teh baking powder
- 1-2 sudu teh paprika/serbuk cili

* Tak galakkan guna soda bikarbonat sebab soda bikarbonat perlukan tambahan bahan berasid agar boleh memberi reaksi.

Baking powder is the secret ingredient to soften the squid. Just marinate the squid with baking powder to soften the squid and mix the baking powder into the flour mixture to get a crispy fried flour.

Recipe:

- 400g squid (marinated with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of baking powder)

WET BATTER:

- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 5 tablespoons corn flour/potato flour
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper/chili powder
- a little bit of salt
- 1 teaspoon to taste
- egg whites from 1 egg
- White pepper powder

DRY BATTER:

- 1 cup sifted wheat flour
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1-2 teaspoons of pepper/chili powder

* It is not advisable to use of bicarbonate of soda instead of baking powder because bicarbonate of soda needs additional acidic substances in order to react.
