How2make Shanghai Fried Pork Bao
Very popular in Shanghai, China & southeast Asian countries. Excellent for snacks or breakfast. Crunchy toasted crust at the bottom of each bao. Soft and tender on the top with delicious pork filings. Enjoy.

¾ pound ---- ground pork (30% to 45% fat)
2 Tbsp ---- oyster sauce
1 Tbsp ---- each, light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, minced ginger
1 tsp --- white sugar
¼ tsp --- each, white pepper & five spice seasoning
*DOUGH*
3½ Cup ---- all purpose flour
1 cup --- water
1 tsp --- each, yeast, baking powder, oil & sugar
