INGREDIENTS:

for Dough
300g All purpose flour
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Desi ghee
¼ tsp carom seeds
water as needed

for stuffing:
4 dry red chillies
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup roasted chickpeas
2-3 tsp oil
¼ tsp asafoetida
oil for frying
