Scrambled eggs with sausage & onion recipe
Ingredients
1/2 onion, slice the onion into thin and small pieces.
200 g sausage, cut the sausages into pieces.
20 g chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp of fresh milk
A little of salt
1/4 tsp chicken seasoning powder
A little ground white pepper
A little Italian seasoning
3 eggs
2 tsp cooking oil
1 tsp of butter
30 g grated cheese

Method
1.Prepare the eggs and crack them in a bowl.
2.Add in with milk, salt, chicken seasoning powder, ground white pepper and Italian seasoning.
3.Use a fork to beat the eggs and ingredients until combined.
4.Put the pan on the stove at high heat. Add 2 tsp cooking oil.
5.Wait until the oil is hot.
6.Add the sausages and onion.
7.Sauté the sausages and onion until cooked, 4 to 5 minutes.
8.Sprinkle with a little Italian seasoning.
9.Continue to stir the ingredients until everything is well cooked.
10.Add the butter.
11.Stir in butter and other ingredients until well combined.
12.Pour in the beaten egg mixture.
13.Turn down the heat and gently stir the eggs until they are almost cooked.
14.Add the grated cheese.
15.Wait until the cheese melts.
16.Turn off the stove and sprinkle the scrambled eggs with chopped parsley. Done.
17.Serve the scrambled eggs with whole wheat bread or toast.
