PERAP DAGING DENGAN TELUR SEBELUM GORENG,RESEPI ALA CHINESE YANG DIPANGGIL SICHUAN BEEF
Hi, assalamualaikum semua. Harini saya nak share satu resepi daging yang sedap sangat. Resepi ni memang lain dari yang lain, jarang dibuat oleh orang Malaysia, tapi rasanya sangat sedap dan menggunakan bahan-bahan yg mudah dicari. Ia seakan-akan "Sichuan Beef" tapi bahan-bahannya saya olah supaya lebih mudah dicari di sini.

Resepi perapan daging:

- 300g daging batang pinang/tenderloin
- 1 biji telur
- sedikit garam
- 2 sudu teh minyak masak
- 1/3 cawan tepung jagung

Resepi sos :

- 1/2 biji bawang holland
- cili benggala
- 3 ulas bawang putih ditumbuk
- 1/2 inci halia disagat
- 1 sudu makan taucu
- 1 sudu makan cili kisar
- 2 sudu makan stok ayam (saya campur kiub ayam dengan air panas)
- 2 sudu makan kicap cair
- 3 sudu makan perahan jus limau nipis/lemon
- 1/2 cawan air
- 1 sudu makan tepung jagung
- 2 sudu makan gula pasir

Hi, assalamualaikum everyone. Today I want to share a very tasty beef recipe. This recipe is different from the other usual recipes of beef, rarely made by Malaysians, but it tastes very good and uses ingredients that are easy to find. It's like "Sichuan Beef" but I substitutes some of the ingredients to the ones that are easier to find here.

Beef marinade recipe:

- 300g tenderloin
- 1 egg
- a little bit of salt
- 2 teaspoons of cooking oil
- 1/3 cup corn flour

Sauce recipe:

- 1/2 dutch onion
- Bell peppers
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1/2 inch grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon taucu/bean paste
- 1 tablespoon chilli paste
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock (I mixed chicken cubes with hot water)
- 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons squeezed lime/lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
