Hello Everyone, Today I am showing you a wonderful chicken recipe along with the lachha paratha and masala pyaz. it's a full meal & you are going to impress anyone by feeding them such an awesome Dish. so let's begin with the INGREDIENTS first

INGREDIENTS:

for paratha

1 Cup all purpose flour
1 Cup Wheat flour
1 tsp Salt
water as needed
oil as needed


for Chicken :

¼ cup oil
¼ tsp cumin
¼ tsp coriander
3 cloves
3 cardamom
1 dry red chilli
1 chopped onion
1 kg chicken
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp Salt
100g yogurt
1 tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
¼ tsp garam masala
3 fresh green chillies
some fresh coriander leaves
½ lemon's juice

for onions

1 sliced onion
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp Salt
1 lemon's juice
some fresh coriander leaves
