Filipino Steamed Cake ( aka Puto Kutsinta )
Here is one cooking I learn from my wife family, e.i. my in law cooking. I learn them while visiting her family in Cebu, Philippines. She is half Chinese, half Filipina. Very simple, yet tasty snack to have. Enjoy.

¾ cup --- all purpose flour
¼ cup --- rice flour (glutinous type)
⅔ cup --- dark brown sugar
1 tsp ----- annatto powder
1½ cup -- water
1 tsp ----- kansui water (aka Chinese lye water)
