INGREDIENTS:

500g mutton/chicken mince
1 fist fresh coriander leaves
1 grated onion
½ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp garam masala
2 pinches turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
2-3 green chillies paste
½ lemon's juice
2-3 tbsp oil for frying

3-4 hotdog buns
butter

2-3 sliced onions
1-2 tsp oil
sprinkle some salt
2-3 pinches Kashmiri red chilli powder
