I made gingerbread cookie house "Hexenhaus" for Christmas with Japanese interesting kitchen gadget "Sweet House Maker".

I was surprised how convenient it was. As those who make cookie houses know, cookie dough often shrinks after cutting. Gluten is generated while the surplus dough is stretched several times, and it has more elastic. So, if you fix it tightly like this, the shape will be stable and it was very easy. I think it was a pretty good gadget and practical use ;)
