INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 chopped onion
some fresh peas
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp coriander powder
1 chopped green chilli
½ grated carrot
some chopped tricolour bellpeppers
¼ tsp Salt
2 boiled potatoes
1 sachet maggi masala
some fresh coriander leaves
oil for frying

for Coating
¼ cup all purpose flour
2 pinches Salt
some fresh coriander
some water

bread crumbs for Coating
