Easy Birthday Cake Bites Recipe - Adorable Mini Birthday Cakes AKA Party Cake Bites!

Mini Birthday Cakes ( AKA Party Cake Bites ):
60g Butter ( 1/2 STICK)
1 room temp Egg
150 g Buttermilk or Milk ( 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
100 g White Sugar ( 1/2 cup )
180 g All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1/3 cup)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Bake anywhere between 5-10 minutes. More tips on my website.
DON'T OVER BAKE. Once cool store in an airtight container.
