INGREDIENTS

for paste

1 small diced onion
8-10 garlic cloves
2-3 fresh green chillies
1 fresh red chilli

1 kg chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
¼ tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1 egg
¼ tsp baking soda
Sprinkle some oregano
Some chopped fresh coriander leaves
Oil for frying
