Hello Everyone, In today's video we are going to make Mughlai seekh kabab with gravy | Gravy seekh kabab | kabab gravy | Kabab makhni. you're going to love this recipe. let's begin
INGREDIENTS
For kabab
500g mince
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chilli
finely chopped fresh coriander
1 finely chopped fresh red chilli
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp kachri powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 lemon's juice
burning coal and butter
Oil for frying
For gravy
3-4 tbsp Oil
1 sliced Onion
8-10 cashews
3 slit green chillies
2 cloves
2 green cardamom
½ tsp cumin
1-2 tbsp water
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp garam masala
2-3 pinches Salt
butter
some fresh cream
some chilli flakes
some fresh coriander leaves
