Recipe:
Ingredients:
500g Prawn
200g Garlic
50g Red chili
20g Scallion
20g Spring onion
100g Bread crumbs
60g Corn flour
Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon White pepper
1/2 teaspoon Five spice powder
Method:
1. Fried garlic and bread crumbs with ADELA Gold until golden color and spare.
2. Wrap the prawn with corn flour and fried with ADELA Gold until golden color for spare.
3. Saute scallion, red chili, then add in prawn, fried garlic and fried breadcrumbs, put as well all the seasoning.
4. Stir-fry until well and then done.
