INGREDIENTS:

For batter:

½ tsp rice Flour
2 tbsp semolina
250ml water
1 small chopped onion
½ chopped tomato
some chopped coriander leaves
1 small green chilli
¼ tsp Salt
some Chilli flakes
oil for cooking

For Stuffing:

¼ tsp Asafoetida
½ tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp black mustard seeds
2-3 green chillies
2 boil potatoes
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp Salt
some fresh coriander leaves

For Chutney

1 small onions
½ tsp cumin seeds
some dry coconut
5-6 garlic cloves
some tamarind
¼ tsp Salt
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tbsp water
2-3 tsp oil
¼ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp mustard seeds
2-3 pinches Asafoetida
some curry leaves
1 dry red chilli
