You must have
2 slices whole wheat bread
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
30 g butter
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Method
1. Pour the milk into the pan.
2. Beat egg yolks and egg whites until combined.
3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
4. Season with salt.
5. Dip the bread into the milk mixture.
6. Preheat the stove on medium heat.
7. Melt the butter in the pan where the bread is.
8. Fry the bread until cooked on both sides.
9. Transfer the cooked bread onto a plate, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. and served with maple syrup. Enjoy.
