Ham Omelette Sandwich for Breakfast
Learn how to make an omelette sandwich recipe for breakfast.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
2 slices of bread
2 leaves, lettuce
40 g mayonnaise
60 g cooked ham
30 g butter
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 sheet cheese

Method
1. Beat eggs with salt, milk and sugar until combined.
2.Fry the eggs mixture with butter until almost cooked.
3.Place the ham on the egg and fold it in half.
4.Continue to fry the eggs until cooked for about 1 to 2 minutes.
5.Spread mayonnaise over 2 slices of bread.
6.Place in lettuce, omelette, cheese and cover with 1 slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
7.Cut the sandwich into triangles or whatever you like. Enjoy.
