Tambah Perencah Tomyam ke dalam Spaghetti/Fetuccini, Resepi Spaghetti Alaf Baru
Hi, assalamualaikum semua. Harini saya nak share satu resepi spaghetti/fetuccini yang lain sikit, fusion western-thai , iaitu resepi Creamy Tomyum Spaghetti/Fetuccini.Sesuai dengan tekak kita kalau nak makan creamy spaghetti versi kurang muak.

Resepi :

- 100-200g fetuccini/spaghetti yang direbus sampai masak
- 4 ketul ayam ( dipetrap dengan garam, lada hitam dan oregano)
- sedikit minyak + 1 sudu makan mentega
- 2 ulas bawang putih dicincang
- 1/2 biji bawang holland dipotong dadu
- 170g cendawan butang
- 400ml air
- 1 peket (40g) perencah tomyam
- 200ml susu cair/low fat
- keju parmesan/cheddar
- oregano/mixed herb
- parsley
- chilli flakes
- sedikit garam
- 1/3 biji limau nipis (perah selepas tutup api)

Recipe:

- 100-200g fetuccini/spaghetti (boiled until cooked)
- 4 pieces of chicken (seasoned with salt, black pepper and oregano)
- oil + 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 dutch onion (diced)
- 170g button mushrooms
- 400ml of water
- 1 packet (40g) tomyam paste
- 200ml evaporated/low fat milk
- parmesan/cheddar cheese
- oregano/mixed herb
- parsley
- chilli flakes
- a little bit of salt
- juice of 1/3 lime (after cooking)
