This sandwich recipe just requires eggs, bread, vegetables and cheese
The Sandwich recipe for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or for any time you're feeling hungry.
Ingredients to prepare
2 slides Bread use any kind of bread you have and like it. Today I used white sandwich bread.
30 g butter
10 g spinach, thinly sliced
40 g bell pepper, diced
30 g chopped scallions
60 g mozzarella cheese
1 slide Gouda cheese
60 g cooked turkey, diced
3 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
A little black pepper

How to do
1. In a mixing bowl, beat in eggs with vegetables, cheese, cooked turkey, salt and black pepper until well combined.
2. Cut the bread in the middle until has a square hole.
3.In a pan, melt the butter. Place the bread and pour the egg mixture into the center of the bread hole.
4. Toast the bread and eggs for 2 minutes on each side. Low heat.
5. Place the cheese on 1 slice of bread, place another slice of bread over it, and continue toasting the sandwich until the cheese melts.
6. Cut the sandwich into triangles or squares, whichever you like and you are done. Enjoy.
