Ingredients:

200g mix beans(kidney beans & chickpeas)
200ml water
1 small onion
2 green chillies
5-6 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
2 green Cardamoms
Small piece of Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
1 pinch baking soda

For puree:
1 onion
1 tomato
1 green Chilli
Some coriander

¼ cup oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
2-3 pinches Asafoetida
1 dry red chilli
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
¼ tsp garam masala
Sprinkle some fresh coriander and green chillies
