for dough

300g All purpose flour
¼ tsp carom seeds
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp ghee
water as needed

for Stuffing:

100g Soaked split and dehusked moong Dal
200ml water
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp chaat masala
2-3 pinches Salt
fresh coriander leaves

Oil for frying
flour for sprinkle
