3 big potatoes
some chopped orange carrot (steamed)
some chopped red carrot(steamed)
some peas (steamed)
sweet corn (steamed)
¼tsp chili flakes
1tbsp corn flour
1tbsp all purpose flour
¼tsp black pepper powder
1tsp red chilli sauce
¼tsp Salt
Some fresh coriander leaves
2 pinch salt
2 pinch black pepper powder
¼tap chaat masala
some fresh coriander leaves
bread crumbs
2 eggs
INGREDIENTS for Recipe 2
500g boneless chicken
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp black pepper powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp dry roasted cumin powder
½ tsp dry roasted Fenugreek leaves
Some fresh coriander
1 tbsp oil
½ lemon's juice
Cheese slices
Oil for frying
