Easy Alfredo Pasta Recipe:

- 200g egg pasta ( 7 ounces )
- 600g water ( 2 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 60g parmigiano ( About 1/2 cup)
- 30g of butter (2 tbsp)

Makes 2 large portions ( or 3 smaller ones)
