Hello Everyone, Everyone loves sheer khurma and tandoori Kulhad wala doodh. so today I am making the most favourite combo of the year. shahi sheer khurma, tandoori sheer khurma, Kulhad wali sheer khurma recipe. let's start.


INGREDIENTS:

50g basmati Rice
100ml milk
1½ litre milk
1 tbsp ghee
50g roasted vermicelli
7-8 soaked dry Dates
2-3 tbsp Raisins
½ cup sugar
2 cloves
2 green cardamoms
¼ cup ghee
1 tbsp chironji
some soaked chopped almonds
some soaked chopped cashews
some grated dry coconut
some grated pistachios
1 tsp ghee for Kulhad
