¼ cup sugar
few saffron strands
1 pinch cardamom powder

for sugar syrup
¼ cup sugar
½ cup water
2 pinch orange food colour (optional)

for Sewai base
1 tbsp desi ghee
100g Sewai
garnish with some dried fruits
