Originally hailing from Vietnam, bánh mì is a delicious street food. In this episode, Jamie samples bánh mì from a stall in London set up by women who struggled to find a bánh mì done, in their words, ‘the right way’. While the stall may no longer exist, there are places across the UK that are still pleasing crowds with this glorious French-Vietnamese classic, so go get stuck in!
