300g Boneless meat
1 small onion
1 fist fresh coriander
6-7 garlic cloves
2-3 green chillies
small piece of ginger
2 pinch turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp Salt
½ lemon's juice
2-3 tbsp Oil
some green chillies, coriander leaves and garam masala for garnishing
