INGREDIENTS

2tsp coriander seeds
3-4 cloves
3-4 green cardamoms
Small piece of cinnamon
1tsp cumin seeds
¼tsp fennel seeds
Heat 2tbsp oil
1 chopped onion
500gm chicken
½tsp salt
¼tsp red chilli powder
2-3 pinches turmeric powder
2tsp ginger garlic paste
1grates tomato
1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Some fresh coriander leaves
