For the batter:
8 large egg yolks
1½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
⅛ tsp. salt
2 cups white granulated sugar
⅔ cup pandan juice
2 tsp. pandan essence
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ cup cooking oil
For the meringue:
8 large egg whites
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1¼ cup white granulated sugar
Note: use 9-inch chiffon tube pan with a removable center
