Here are the ingredients:
- 400g Mince meat
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato and basil pasta sauce
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

- preheat the oven to 180°c
- in a bowl, add the mince meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper
- mix with your hand until it's well combined.
- get another bowl and get a bit of the meat mixture and start rolling it up into a ball. Keep doing this with the rest of the meat
- add olive oil to a pan and let it heat up. Add the meatballs and keep turning them until all sides are brown and cooked
- in a baking dish tray, add some tomato and basil pasta sauce on the base, then add line the meatballs on top
- next, add the rest of the tomato and basil pasta sauce on top and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese all over.
- wrap the tray with tin foil and place in oven for 20 minutes
- take out the tray and take the tin foil off, then place in oven for a further 20 minutes
